• What to expect and how to prepare for working in a remote/hybrid environment The COVID-19 Pandemic quickly forced companies and organizations to adapt remote/hybrid work, bringing additional complexities to the employee/employer relationship that many have been unprepared to manage. While remote work has proven successful for many, it is important to understand the unique challenges, expectations, and responsibilities that an employee may experience to have the best chance of success in their role. In this session, Kimberly LeCompte, Associate Director of Human Resources, University of Missouri will host a discussion on how to navigate the various challenges and the dos and don'ts of remote work.

• Join us for an inspiring evening as successful entrepreneurs share their startup stories and offer insights on building and scaling a business. Learn from their experiences, ask questions, and gain valuable advice to help you pursue your own entrepreneurial aspirations.

• Student entrepreneurs share their experiences starting and running their own businesses while still in college. Learn how they turned their passions into profitable ventures and get inspired to pursue your own entrepreneurial dreams. This is a walk in event. 
• Pick up a passport from Professor Christianson's table
• Visit a minimum of 5 Entrepreneur tables (get a stamp from each on your passport)

• Have you completed your BA 4500 internship course? BA 4500 is a graduation requirement for all Trulaske business students (excluding Accounting). It involves finding and taking part in a qualifying internship alongside an online course. This panel event is an opportunity for you to hear from Trulaske students on how best to prepare for your upcoming internship. The panel will be led by moderator Sherry Mariea, who has experience in the college and in business law, and will consist of students who are currently enrolled or recently taken BA 4500. You will get an idea of how best to prepare for your internship and navigate the waters once you are there. Take advantage of this resource and make sure you are ready to further your professional development!

Taylor will weave stories of flying the F-16 and F-22, both remarkable machines, into lessons you can apply to your personal and professional life in pursuit of optimal performance.

• Have you forgotten many of the Excel skills you learned in Accountancy 2258? Do you want to refresh your Excel skills before an upcoming internship? Is your graduation date around the corner and you have realized it is time to sharpen your Excel skills, so you will be ready to “excel” in the workplace? Please join us for a two-hour event to brush up on your Excel skills.
• We will review Excel skills that are commonly used in the business world, provide you with reference materials on shortcut keys and important Excel features and functions, and give you lots of hands-on practice in Excel. This session is for juniors, seniors, and graduate students who have already completed the Accountancy 2258 course in a previous semester.
• Bring your own laptop. Laptops will be available for check out, if needed.
